This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Serpentype checkout.
1. Merchant of Record and Processing
Payments and refund settlement are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.
2. Standard Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days from the original transaction date.
Please send requests to: hello@serpentype.com
Include:
- Order/transaction reference
- Purchase email address
- Reason for request
3. Digital Product Conditions
Serpentype products are digital goods (font software/licenses). Depending on applicable law and delivery status, withdrawal rights may be limited after digital delivery starts.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
4. Eligibility Review
We review requests case by case, including factors such as:
- Time since purchase
- Product delivery/download status
- Duplicate purchases or technical billing errors
- Signs of misuse or abuse
Requests outside the 14-day window may be refused, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refund completion time depends on Paddle and your payment provider.
